The Patient Audit feature in MediRecords automatically logs every change made to a patient's record, across the Details, Clinical, Accounts, and Activities sections. Any addition, update, or deletion is captured in the audit trail, giving your practice a clear, reliable record of what changed, when, and who made the change.
