Clinical Templates in MediRecords are structured digital forms that guide clinicians through common scenarios such as general examinations, cardiovascular assessments, or musculoskeletal reviews. They ensure that important details are not overlooked and help standardise the way information is recorded across the practice. Templates can be used straight from the MediRecords library, which includes contributions from the broader MediRecords community, or you can request custom-built templates tailored to your clinic’s unique needs.
Viewing the Clinical Template Resource Library
The Clinical Templates page displays a summary of all the clinical templates that have been published by MediRecords and the clinicians that contribute to the MediRecords Community. From this page you can see the Category, Type, Name, Share level, Rating and Status of the template, as well as who the template was Created By.
By default, the Clinical Templates summary displays a list of all Active templates, which are all fully functional, and ready to be used in examinations in your clinic.
