Clinical Templates are structured digital forms that guide clinicians through common scenarios, such as general examinations or musculoskeletal reviews, ensuring key details aren't missed and information is recorded consistently across the practice. Because templates are built into the clinical record, completed templates become part of the patient's history, making follow-ups quicker for the whole care team. Use a template from the MediRecords library, which includes community contributions, or request a custom one for your clinic.
