Fixes & Improvements
- Creating & Delete an appointment will generate an extra log-in system audit, generate an extra Email Task and generate a double email notification

New Features
- In Admission: Release the Collapse/Expand button in the Patient header using a feature toggle
- In Admission: Medications Chart - Add expand/collapse all button on the medications grid and interactions panel
- In Admission: Updated the styling and formatting of the preview mode for Admission Forms, Discharge Forms, Handovers, and Progress Notes
- In Admission: Rename Category and Subject labels for Admission/Emergency Forms in the notes grid
- In Admission: Decrease load times in Medications Grid
- Implement 'Account Notes' in the Accounts tab
Add the Account Notes feature to the Accounts screen across all tabs. This button allows the user to keep a running commentary of information for the patient's accounts in a convenient location. Character Limit = 2000

- SMS Interface Changes: Do not append '/sms' to the target URL
