The MediRecords Knowledge Base lets you follow a section, such as Release Notes, so you're emailed automatically whenever we publish something new there. This means you don't need to remember to check back for updates. This guide covers signing in to the Knowledge Base and following the Release Notes section, but you can follow any section on our Knowledge Base.
Contents:
- Signing in to the Knowledge Base
- Following the Release Notes Section
- Unfollowing the Release Notes Section
Signing in to the Knowledge Base
To follow a section of the Knowledge Base, you'll need to be signed in first.
-
Go to the MediRecords Knowledge Base and click Sign in, in the top right of the page.
-
You'll be redirected to the MediRecords login screen. Log in with your usual MediRecords username and password, the same details you use to log in to the MediRecords app.
ℹ️ Note:
- The first time you sign in, the Knowledge Base may not show you as signed in straight away.
- If this happens, go back to the Knowledge Base tab, then click Sign in again. Because you're now already logged in to MediRecords, you'll be signed in to the Knowledge Base immediately, without needing to enter your details a second time.
Following the Release Notes Section
Once you're signed in, you can follow the Release Notes section so you're emailed automatically whenever a new release note is published, rather than needing to check back yourself.
- Go to the Release Notes section.
-
Click Follow, near the top of the section.
-
Select New articles to be notified whenever a new release note is published.
You'll now receive an email every time a new Customer Release Notes article is published.
Unfollowing the Release Notes Section
If you no longer want to receive these emails:
- Go back to the Release Notes section.
-
Click the Follow control again (it will now show that you're following), and choose to stop following.
