ℹ️ Note: When you create a new investigation request, it will now print using the template linked to that provider.
How can I check if an Investigation Template is a PDF?
Navigate to More → Resources → Letter templates
Enter the name of the Investigation Template in the search bar and press Enter on your keyboard.
If the template opens in a PDF viewer, the template is of type PDF.
If the template preview opens without a PDF viewer, the template is a non-PDF template.
