The MediRecords Clinic Notice Board is designed to improve internal communication by providing a central place for real‑time updates and announcements. Instead of relying on emails, phone calls, or verbal reminders that may be missed, staff can quickly post and view important messages directly within MediRecords.
This ensures all team members stay informed, aligned, and able to respond promptly to updates. From posting new notices to editing, deleting, and filtering messages, the Clinic Notice Board makes communication simple, efficient, and visible to the right people at the right time.
Writing a Message
- Navigate to the Notice Board on the right‑hand side of the screen, or click the Pin icon.
- To post a message, click New Post, type your message in the text box, and then click Post.
- Please note that there is a maximum character limit of 500.
- Your message will now appear on the Notice Board for all users who have access.
Editing a Message
- Navigate to the Notice Board on the right‑hand side of the screen, or click the Pin icon.
- To edit a message, locate it, click the three dots on the far right, and select Edit.
- Update the text in the message box and then click Save.
Deleting a Message
- Navigate to the Notice Board on the right‑hand side of the screen, or click the Pin icon.
- Click the three dots next to the message you want to delete, then select Delete.
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Filtering Messages and Users
You can filter Notice Board posts to view messages from specific users.
- Navigate to the Notice Board on the right‑hand side of the screen, or click the Pin icon.
Click the Filter button.
When the filter panel opens, you will see two search fields:
- Keyword Search: Allows you to type a word or phrase contained in the message.

Filter by User: Allows you to search for and select the user who created the message.
