Managing your MediRecords subscription is simple with the built-in billing and account tools. From your account, you can review your full billing history, access detailed invoice summaries, track payments, and update your business or payment information whenever needed. These features give practices visibility and control over subscription costs while ensuring billing records remain accurate and accessible.
In addition to reviewing invoices and payments, MediRecords makes it easy to export or print invoices, purchase additional SMS credits, update credit card details, and adjust user subscriptions. This guide will walk you through each subscription management function so your practice can stay on top of billing and account administration with ease.

Viewing Subscription Billing History
Your invoices and billing history are always available in your MediRecords account.
To view your billing history:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Select Billing.
- Click History.
ℹ️ Note: All invoices within your billing history will be listed here.
Viewing a Subscription Invoice Summary
To view the details of a specific invoice:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Select Billing.
- Click History.
- Click the ⌄ (downward facing arrow) next to the invoice you want to view.
Viewing Subscription Payment History
To review your payment history:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Select Billing.
- Open the Payments tab.
✅ Tips:
- This section shows your Billing Cycle, Billing Date, and SMS Balance.
- You can Update Card Details, Buy SMS credits, or turn on/off Show Balance on Appointment Screens.
Updating Subscription Payment Settings
To update your credit card details:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Select Billing.
- Open the Payments tab.
- Click Update Card Details to open the credit card form.
- Enter the Name on Card, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CCV, then click Confirm to save changes.
Exporting & Printing Subscription Invoices
To export or print invoices:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Select Billing.
- Open the History tab, tick one or more invoices you want to export or print, and then click Export or Print.
Updating Business Information
To update your billing details:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Select Billing.
- In the Details tab, enter the updated business information and click Save to apply the changes.
Changing a User’s Subscription
To update a user’s subscription:
- Click More and select Settings from the drop-down menu, then click Subscription Details.
- Click Users.
- Tick the box next to the user’s name and click Edit User.
- Open the Subscription tab, update the required details, tick I Agree to acknowledge changes to your monthly subscription, and click Save to apply the changes.
