Heidi Health is an integrated, AI‑powered clinical scribing solution that works directly within MediRecords to make documentation faster, easier, and more accurate. With Heidi AI Scribe, providers can drastically reduce the time spent on manual note‑taking, allowing them to focus more on patient care.
Heidi listens during consultations, transcribes the conversation, and formats it into structured clinical notes that can be reviewed and saved into the patient’s record with a single click. This is particularly valuable for busy clinics seeking to minimise administrative burden while maintaining high‑quality, compliant documentation.
Heidi also supports session recovery through its portal, ensuring notes are not lost if a connection drops unexpectedly. Together, MediRecords and Heidi Health streamline clinical workflows, improve accuracy, and free up clinicians to spend more time with their patients.

- Select View sessions.
- Locate the session you want to recover.
- Click Copy to copy the generated notes.
