- Evolve Patient Summary:
- Added scroll bars to the summary window so it could be clearly read on a smaller resolution screen.

- SyncFusion Letters: Applied a correction to the SyncFusion letter editor to ensure Adobe Digital Signatures are updated correctly.
- Emergency Contact Information: Prevented an issue that caused freshly entered text to disappear from other fields when an Emergency Contact was created that was missing a mandatory field of information.
