New Features

Claiming Notification - 9783 No Registered Patient Bank Account

When submitting a claim, you will now receive a pop-up if the patient has not registered bank account details with Medicare. The claim will still be submitted successfully.

If you receive this pop-up, you should let the patient know they need to register their bank details with Medicare to receive the rebate, and click OK on the prompt.

No further action is required from you, as only the patient may register this information with Medicare.

Admissions - Electronic Signatures for PDF Templates

Customers using Admissions and the new Syncfusion Letter Writer can now add an electronic signature to their PDF templates! Creating templates containing signatures just got much easier!

For those of you who aren't using Admissions, we are currently building this functionality for your Letter Writer, and will have it to you as soon as we can.

• Requests & Results: Conducted some performance improvements that will increase the speed of creating a new request, creating, updating, and viewing the patient result grid.

Bug Fixes

• Clinical Templates: Resolved an issue that caused two entries to be added to Today's Notes when creating a Clinical Template.
• AIR Claiming: Fixed a problem that caused error messages in claiming to be cut off and unable to be viewed in full.
• Allergies: Fixed a problem that prevented new Allergy records to be inserted into Today's Notes automatically.
• Patient Views (Medications): Resolved an issue that caused Medications fields in Patient Views to return inconsistent information.
• Letter Writing: Corrected some problems that occasionally prevented the Save button from being clicked in a Letter.
• Emailing Invoices: Resolved a bug that caused the date of an invoice to change by one day after emailing it.
• Waiting Room: Corrected a problem preventing the update of Appointment Status when creating a Multiple Patient Invoice from the Waiting Room.
• Appointment Dashboard Report: Fixed an issue causing inaccuracies in start and finish times and durations in the report, after changes are made to an appointment after it was booked.
• Appointment Widget: Restored the confirmation functionality for appointments booked via the Appointment Widget.
• Bulk Scan Upload to Inbox: Fixed a problem that caused a Result or Letter from Bulk Scan Upload to display the word 'unassigned' instead of the sender's name within the Inbox.
