New Product Release - MediRecords Engage

We’re excited to announce the official launch of MediRecords Engage, your new comprehensive patient portal solution for optimising the patient experience!

MediRecords Engage is a secure, web-based patient portal that enables your patients to take a more active role in managing their health by giving them tools to book appointments and view medical records. Engage helps build stronger patient relationships and supports better health outcomes. All from one easy-to-access platform. 

Engage is an add-on to MediRecords licenses and is available to all customers for an extra cost.

New Features

• FHIR Integration: Added a SMART configuration interceptor to the FHIR endpoint to enhance interoperability.

Enhancements

• Billing: Added payment status visibility within the Billing Information grid.
• User Subscription: Added new logic to manage billing descriptions for subscriptions added to the next bill.
• Admissions: Customised the tabbing order in Progress Notes and IPN modals for smoother navigation.
• Documents: Increased the maximum file name length when uploading consent forms.
• Letters: The To field in letters now displays and loads correctly across all screens, ensuring recipients are visible and selectable.
• Connect API: Updated the Get All Practice Providers endpoint to include users without provider numbers.

Bug Fixes

• Appointments: Fixed an issue where appointment times were changing after invoice creation from the Waiting Room to Billing.
• Appointments: Fixed an issue where waiting room times reset when updating an appointment.
• Patients: Fixed an issue where the New Patient label was not displaying.
• Medications: Reverted a previous change to restore the Select All checkbox in the Medications grid.
