New Features & Major Changes

Delete Consultation Attachments

You may now delete an Attachment from a patient's Attachments grid within the Clinical file if you have the correct security permissions enabled in your Security Role. For more information, see Today's Notes: Preferences & Quick Guide.

Remove Medication in Current RX Improvements

• The Current RX medication grid is designed to present a list of all medications that a patient is currently taking, where Past RX contains all medications that a patient has been prescribed. 
   
• Previously, the Remove function within Current RX allowed a user to remove a prescription from Current RX without updating the Status to Ceased or Cancelled. This meant the prescription would remain Active on both eRx's and Active Script List's ends, unless the user then chose to Cease or Cancel.
   
• To ensure that prescriptions are correctly ended when a patient is no longer taking them, the Remove function in Medications has been reworked & renamed to Remove Draft, to clarity the intent that it is only to used for prescriptions in Draft Status. 
   
• Prescriptions that have reached Printed Status will need to be Ceased or Cancelled to remove them from the patient record, ensuring that medications are correctly ended within MediRecords, eRx, and the Active Script List when a patient ceases taking them. This will also ensure that only current medications are imported when using the Current RX mail merge field in Letters.
   
• If a prescription has expired, the Cease tool can be used to appropriately remove the prescription from Current RX.

Enhancements

• Settings: Improved quick navigation drop-down menu in Settings, to jump between sections with ease.

• Appointments: Improved provider filter search to correctly match titles.

• Appointments & Waiting Room: Fixed an issue to ensure user status displays the correct and consistent time.
• User Management: Fixed an issue preventing a user from being created as a practice owner.
• Appointments: Resolved an issue where the Insufficient SMS Balance message could be incorrectly triggered during appointment creation.
• Engage: Fixed an issue that could prevent a patient’s upcoming appointment from displaying correctly.
• Engage: Resolved an issue where cancelled appointments were not being removed as expected.
