Enhancements

• Payments Screen: Updated the Type column to display actual payment types. Multiple types are shown separated by commas, with ellipses for long entries and hover for full details.

Bug Fixes

• PDF Printing: Fixed an issue with electronic signatures when printing without a background.
• Invoice Printing: Fixed an issue where invoices billed to a contact did not print correctly.
• SMS on Demand: Resolved an issue that could prevent SMS messages from being sent.
• Waiting Room: Fixed an issue where Medicare data was not saved when creating a patient via Walk-In.
