Bug Fixes

• Medications: Updated permission checks to ensure only authorised users can access current medication prescriptions.
• Claiming: Fixed an issue where the patient's name displayed incorrectly in the new invoice screen.
• Connect API: Fixed an issue where the holding bay loaded indefinitely when messages were created via API.
