If MediRecords appears too large or too small on your screen, the issue is likely your browser's zoom level rather than the application itself. You can reset this at any time using your browser's built-in zoom controls.

Using the Browser Menu
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of your browser.
- Locate the Zoom setting.
- Click – to zoom out, or + to zoom in.
- To return to the default size, click the percentage value (e.g. 110%) and select Reset, or click the reset icon.
Using Keyboard Shortcuts
The following keyboard shortcuts work in most modern browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
- Zoom out: Press Ctrl + – (Windows) or Cmd + – (Mac)
- Zoom in: Press Ctrl + + (Windows) or Cmd + + (Mac)
- Reset to default: Press Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Cmd + 0 (Mac)
