Admissions – Security: Role-based access control has been added for Admission Notes, ensuring only authorised users can access and manage admission note records.

Enhancements

Assignment of Benefits (AoB) – Consents: Financial consents created or updated through Consent Scope or Category settings no longer generate duplicate webhook notifications, improving integration reliability.
Assignment of Benefits (AoB) – Consents: The Post-Assignment of Benefits consent workflow has been enhanced so fields behave consistently, attachments and PDF links remain accessible, and eligible consents are automatically published to Engage.
Patient Management: Performance improvements have been made to patient record retrieval, resulting in faster loading of patient information.
Clinical Notes (TDN): Content sanitisation rules have been refined to allow a wider range of valid content to be saved while maintaining security protections.
Appointments – Security: Appointment creation permissions are now consistently enforced across Quick Access and Patient Dashboard workflows, ensuring users can only create appointments when authorised.
Terminology & Clinical Coding: SNOMED terminology data has been updated to the latest available release, providing access to current clinical coding information.
Authentication & Integration: Identity provider configuration updates have been made to improve authentication and integration reliability.
Prescribing: Drug reference data has been updated to reflect the latest Medispan information for accurate prescribing.

Bug Fixes

Assignment of Benefits (AoB) – Consents: The Assignment of Benefits consent PDF no longer pre-selects the "Is assignor the patient" option, allowing users to make the correct selection.
Assignment of Benefits (AoB) – Forms: Removed outdated labels and resolved layout issues in the Post-Assignment form, including display issues when practice names wrap across multiple lines.
Documents – Letter Templates: Fixed an issue where image uploads could fail when file names contained multiple periods.
Letter Templates: The HTML editing option has been removed from non-MediRecords environments to ensure a consistent editing experience.
Appointments – Booking Configuration: Added validation when disabling the Open 24 Hours option to ensure session settings remain valid.
Security Messaging: Fixed an issue where the Secure Messaging provider validation date and time could display incorrectly by ensuring it is shown in the user's local timezone.

Security Updates

Platform Security: Security vulnerabilities have been remediated across Connect, Subscription and Billing services, strengthening platform security and compliance.
Infrastructure: Additional security and dependency updates have been applied to improve system stability and resilience.
