Troubleshooting
A patient can’t see a button to join their Telehealth appointment
Cause: The patient may be looking in the wrong place, or the consultation link itself may not be working correctly on Coviu’s side.
Resolution: Ask the patient to check the email or SMS they received for the consultation, which contains the join link. If they’ve followed the link and still can’t join, see Coviu’s own Troubleshooting Coviu guide for further steps.
Escalate when: The patient has confirmed they’re using the correct link from Coviu’s own troubleshooting steps and still can’t join, contact MediRecords Support.
