Setting your Timezone
When creating/setting up your MediRecords Account to use on your phone sometimes we can miss setting the time region settings correctly which can cause confusion with appointment times.
If you have booked an appointment before using the MediRecords Mobile App or you have connected your record with your Clinic directly and you book an appointment with the clinic your Appointment reminder time will go off what is set in your Phone and if the time zones are different your Appointment time will change.
For example, if you live in Queensland and you have set your time zone to Sydney, Melbourne. When you call the clinic to book an appointment for 9:30 AM the reminder on your phone will display at 10:30 AM due to the different time zones being selected.
1. Open the Patient Mobile App on your phone and navigate to Settings at the bottom right hand corner.
2. Select Time Zone.

4. Select the Tick icon to save the new time zone to your preferences.
