Clarity, available with our Premium Package, turns your practice data into actionable insight across both clinical and financial outcomes. Through reports and dashboards, you can uncover missed invoices and revenue leakage, track provider productivity, monitor equity across patient cohorts, and spot population health trends and inefficiencies. This helps you close invoicing gaps, build targeted care strategies, and improve operational efficiency, protecting and growing your practice's bottom line.

Failed – Provisioning failed often due to system outages or users already exist in Qlik. You can retry again. Users with failed access can be removed if needed.
Connected – User access has been granted. The user can now view Clarity reports. Connected users can also be removed if needed.
Viewing Clarity
Once enabled, the Intelligence menu will appear in the side navigation within the Care application.
Click on Clarity in the side navigation bar to open Clarity.
You will be taken to the Dashboard view, which shows all available reports. New reports will become available as they are developed.
Filtering a Report
Filters are listed in the first column of the report, and can be applied by making selections from the filters available. For example, in the Missing Invoices Report, you can select whether you want to see by Invoice Raised = No to find all services with a missing invoice.
The filters available vary per report.
Filtering a Value in a Table
In addition to the filters available in the first column, you may also apply a filter to a specific field within a table.
- Click onto a field within the table of the report
- Select the value you'd like to filter
- Click the tick icon to save your filter
- The data will be updated accordingly, and the filter will appear above the report.
You can add multiple filters by following the steps above.
If you'd like to remove a filter, you can click the X beside it, and the report will update.
Searching for a Filter in the Report
You can search within every column in the report using the magnifying glass.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon in the header of the column you wish to search
- Enter your search term into the field provided
- Select the required value from the list presented
- Click the tick icon to apply the search
If you'd like to remove a search filter, you can click the X beside it, and the report will update.
Sorting Information in a Report
Clicking on any column header will sort all of the data in that column. Information in a column can be sorted alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically. The direction of the arrow displayed on the column indicates the way in which the data is sorted currently.
An upward facing arrow indicates that the report is in ascending order.
A downward facing arrow indicates the report is in descending order.
If you have applied a sort by mistake and would like to remove it, you can refresh the page.
Right-Click Functions

Troubleshooting Clarity
Error: Your access to MediRecords Intelligence Dashboards has not yet been configured. Please reach out to MediRecords Support for further information.
If you have received this error, it may be because you only recently enabled Clarity, and your reporting data is still being populated. Please try to load Clarity in an hour and if the issue persists, please contact the Support team on support@medirecords.com for further assistance.
Issue: I can't see the Clarity button in the Side Navigation. How do I access Clarity?
Access to Clarity must be managed by the Product Owner of the practice, via a user provisioning process. This ensures that only users you invite can access the detailed information exposed in Clarity.
If a user has not been added to Clarity or their user provisioning is not complete, they will not see Clarity in the MediRecords side-navigation.
To resolve this, the Product Owner must:
- Open More and select Settings
- Click Premium Features
- Select Clarity
- If you have already added the user in the past, you will be able to check the Status of their provisioning from the list. A user will only be able to access Clarity after they reach the Connected Status.
Pending – Provisioning is in progress; you cannot delete or retry.
Failed – Provisioning failed often due to system outages or users already exist in Qlik. You can retry again. Users with failed access can be removed if needed.
Connected – User access has been granted. The user can now view Clarity reports. Connected users can also be removed if needed.
If you have not yet added access for your staff member, then you may click Add User and follow the prompts. After the provisioning process finishes, the staff member will then be able to access Clarity through the side navigation.
If you are having difficulties with user provisioning or access to Clarity, please reach out to the MediRecords Support team on support@medirecords.com
