What This Report Shows
This report provides a comprehensive audit of all prescribing activity recorded within the Care application. It displays what was prescribed, by whom, for which patient, and the current status of each prescription. Teams can analyse provider-level prescribing patterns, surface outliers, and rapidly identify cohorts of patients who have been prescribed a specific medication at any point, to support safety, quality, and population health initiatives.

- Auditing all prescribing activity to ensure traceability and governance across practices and providers
- Understanding individual provider prescribing trends, volumes, and mix over time, to inform supervision and education
