Troubleshooting Clarity
Error: Your access to MediRecords Intelligence Dashboards has not yet been configured. Please reach out to MediRecords Support for further information.
If you have received this error, it may be because you only recently enabled Clarity, and your reporting data is still being populated. Please try to load Clarity in an hour and if the issue persists, please contact the Support team on support@medirecords.com for further assistance.
Issue: I can't see the Clarity button in the Side Navigation. How do I access Clarity?
Access to Clarity must be managed by the Product Owner of the practice, via a user provisioning process. This ensures that only users you invite can access the detailed information exposed in Clarity.
If a user has not been added to Clarity or their user provisioning is not complete, they will not see Clarity in the MediRecords side-navigation.
To resolve this, the Product Owner must:
- Open More and select Settings
- Click Premium Features
- Select Clarity
- If you have already added the user in the past, you will be able to check the Status of their provisioning from the list. A user will only be able to access Clarity after they reach the Connected Status.
Pending – Provisioning is in progress; you cannot delete or retry.
Failed – Provisioning failed often due to system outages or users already exist in Qlik. You can retry again. Users with failed access can be removed if needed.
Connected – User access has been granted. The user can now view Clarity reports. Connected users can also be removed if needed.
If you have not yet added access for your staff member, then you may click Add User and follow the prompts. After the provisioning process finishes, the staff member will then be able to access Clarity through the side navigation.
If you are having difficulties with user provisioning or access to Clarity, please reach out to the MediRecords Support team on support@medirecords.com
