Shortcuts in MediRecords are designed to make consultations faster and more efficient by allowing you to insert commonly used information into your notes with just a click. Instead of retyping headings, templates, or clinical forms each time, you can create Shortcut Templates that can be reused whenever you need them. This not only saves time but also helps ensure consistency and accuracy across your clinical notes.
From the Clinical tab in a patient record, you can quickly access your saved Shortcuts in Today’s Notes. Whether you need to add a standard examination template, link directly to a vitals form, or insert your own predefined text, Shortcuts make it easy to populate notes while keeping your workflow smooth. In this article, you will learn how to create, edit, delete, and use Shortcuts effectively during a consultation.
