This article will cover how to access past consultations.
The Past Consultations page in a patient's clinical record displays a summary of the patient's past consultations, where it was held, the treating doctor and the reason.
Firstly navigate to a patient's file and select the clinical tab. Next select past consultations from the left hand menu.
To quickly filter past consultations from the summary, click Filter and select the Practice or Type, or a combination of both.
To search for a past consultation, click the Search box, and type in the first few letters of the reason. Press Enter and the system will display a list of the closest matches of conditions belonging to that patient.
To Print a Consultation, click the Tick-box next to the name to reveal a list of options. Click Print to open the print preview screen.
Make sure it is going to the correct Printer, and check Pages, Layout and Color if necessary. Click Print to print the consultation.
To preview a patients entire consultation history select preview.
You will be presented with the below preview window.
To quickly filter past consultations click Filter and select the Practice, Provider or When the consultation was completed.
Select More to add a task, add a clinical action, book an appointment or send an instant SMS.
All actions and updates performed from this preview window are reflected in the standard past consultations view.
