Who can access confidential files?
A file can be marked confidential and thereafter accessed only by the creator of the file.

How to access a file marked Confidential by a User who has left the practice?
In case a user who has marked a patient file confidential has left the practice, a formal letter on the company letter head is required to be submitted to MediRecords, for us to be able to unlock the file and make it accessible.
