The Primary Contact for a practice is the user recorded as the Practice Owner. If you need to change who holds this role, you can trigger a refresh of the Primary Contact by making and then reverting a small edit to the practice's address.

Refreshing the Primary Contact
- Navigate to More > Settings > Subscription Details > Practices
- Select the practice
- Click Edit Practice > Details
- Make a small change to the practice address (for example, adjust the unit number) and click Save
- Re-open the practice
- Change the address back to the correct details
- Click Save
Confirming the Change
Check your Profile.
- Click on the person icon in the top-right of the window
- Select Profile
- Check the User Category field contents
If the User Category field shows Practice Owner and the field is greyed out, the change has worked and you are now listed as the Primary Contact.
