Finding Your NASH Certificate and PIC Code
Your NASH certificate and PIC code are entered in two locations in MediRecords, and both need to be kept up to date:
- Click More to reveal a drop-down list.
- Select Settings, then click Configuration.
- Click your Practice Name.
-
Click Health Identifier to view your current certificate details and PIC code.
-
Click eHealth to view the same details for this second location.
Updating an Expiring NASH Certificate
When your NASH certificate is due to expire, update it in both the Health Identifier and eHealth sections. In each location:
- Remove the existing PIC code and NASH certificate.
- Enter the new PIC code first, before uploading the new certificate.
-
Click Select File to open a file explorer window, then navigate to your new NASH certificate and select it for upload.
- Once the certificate has been saved, the Certificate Alias Name and Expiry Date will automatically populate on the form.
Tips for a Smooth Upload
✅ Tip:
- If the certificate shows after uploading but the expiry date doesn't appear, try refreshing the screen or logging out and back in. The correct expiry date should then display.
- If the expiry date shown looks incorrect after an upload, for example, it still shows the old date, logging out and back in again should correct the display.
