Every MediRecords tenant has one practice designated as the Primary Practice. This designation matters if your organisation runs more than one practice under the same MediRecords account, since it determines which practice cannot be deactivated while it holds that status.

What Is the Primary Practice?
The Primary Practice is the first practice created when your tenant is set up, during your initial MediRecords subscription. The system designates it automatically based on the practice information entered at that time, you don't choose or configure this yourself.
If your organisation only has one practice, that practice is your Primary Practice by default. The distinction only becomes relevant once a second (or subsequent) practice is added to your tenant.

Changing Your Primary Practice
There is no setting in MediRecords that lets you change which practice is Primary yourself, it isn't part of Configuration Settings or any other user-accessible screen.
