What does this error mean?
- The claim has a Site of Service included that holds an expired Provider Number.
- The Provider Number registration with Medicare Online Services is incomplete.
How do I resolve this error?
- First confirm whether the provider has the correct Provider Number recorded for the Site of Service in their Identifiers. Make any adjustments and click Claim. If issues persist, contact MediRecords Support.
- If MediRecords Support are unable to assist, we may refer you to Medicare Online Services to confirm your registration completed successfully.
