The MediRecords Service Status Page provides real-time visibility into the operational health of the MediRecords platform and its integrations. It displays current service availability, including outages, partial disruptions, performance issues, and planned maintenance, giving users a clear view of what is working and what may be impacted at any given time.
By centralising incident updates and maintenance notifications, the Status Page helps reduce confusion during outages, supports transparency, and allows practices to prepare for temporary disruptions. It also enables users to quickly determine whether an issue is system-related before contacting support, making it a reliable, always-available reference point for platform status.
