Transitioning to a Unified Patient Experience
As we modernise the patient experience, we’re streamlining how patients connect with their care. To support this, the MediRecords Mobile App and Booking Widget will be retired in late 2026 and replaced by MediRecords Engage. We’ll be providing dedicated support closer to the rollout to help you and your patients make the switch with confidence.

Is Engage accessible on all devices?
Yes. Engage is fully web-based and accessible on any device with an internet browser - whether it's a mobile phone, tablet, or desktop.
Are there any current limitations?
In Phase 1, Engage is only available to current patients who are invited by their healthcare provider. New patients cannot self-register or book online until they have been added as a patient within MediRecords.
What future features can we expect?
We’re adding features such as online forms and our Stripe integration will allow for patient-led payments, creating a smoother, more convenient billing experience.
