How does the 30-day free trial work?
The 30-day free trial gives your entire organisation full access to all
MediRecords Premium features for 30 days at no cost. Your practice owner
or primary account holder will need to activate the trial. After 30 days,
your license will return to its current settings automatically unless
you choose to upgrade.

How is Premium different from the standard MediRecords plan?

Can I purchase individual Premium features?
No. Premium features are available as a complete suite to ensure an integrated, consistent experience across your organisation.
Can I create my own dashboards in Clarity?
Currently, dashboards are developed and maintained by the MediRecords team to ensure accuracy and compliance. We will be expanding the Clarity catalogue based on customer feedback and emerging needs. Please speak to us about your specific needs.
What happens to our data if we sign up for the trial but don't upgrade?
All data entered during the trial will remain securely stored in MediRecords. However, you will no longer be able to access Premium-only features or information saved within those features unless you upgrade again in the future.
