This guide will walk you through how to access the report, apply filters such as practice and date range, and then view the results. It also covers how to export the report into PDF or Excel format for further analysis or record-keeping.
- Select Population Health
- Select Patient Social Status
- Click on Filter, and select the name of the Practice from which you would like to run the report.
- You can use the Custome Date and enter the date range, or choose from the suggested timeline filter.
- A report will be automatically generated. Click Export, then choose from PDF or Excel
