In this article, you will learn how to view, run, and export a report for chronic disease by patient age, gender, and location.
- Select Population Health
- Click Patient Chronic Disease
- Click on the Filter, and select the name of the Practice from which you would like to run the report.
You can use the Custome Dateand enter the date range, or choose from the suggested timeline
- A report will be automatically generated. ClickExport, then choose from PDF or Excel.
Now, the report has been generated and you can start exporting it.
