The Encounter Form Report in MediRecords allows you to track and review consultation activity across your practice over a selected period. By running this report, you can see a detailed breakdown of patient encounters, helping you monitor service delivery, patient engagement, and practice efficiency.
Reports can be filtered by practice and date range, giving you flexibility to focus on specific timeframes. Once generated, they can easily be printed or exported to PDF or Excel, making it simple to share results with colleagues or use them for compliance and reporting purposes.
In this article, you will learn how to view a patient Encounter Form Report, run it, and export the results by period.
- Select Population Health
- Select Encounter Form Report
- Enter the Practice's name by typing inside the Practice field and then enter the dates.
- Click Run and then the result/s will show
- Click Print, to print and click Export if you wanted to generate a PDF or Excel file.
The report has now been generated and be printed or exported.
