K10 Assessment Report

The K10 Assessment Report in MediRecords allows you to track and review a patient’s psychological distress scores over time. This tool provides valuable insights into a patient’s mental health journey by displaying results within a selected date range, making it easier for clinicians to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment or interventions.

Reports can be quickly generated for individual patients and exported into PDF or Excel for record keeping, sharing with colleagues, or including in correspondence. 1. Go to More
2. Click Reporting
3. Select Population Health
4. Click K10 Assessment Report.
5. Enter the Patient's name by typing into the patient name field. Enter the dates from the start date to the end date.
6. Click Run and the results will show.
7. Click Print, to print and click Export if you want to generate a PDF or Excel file.

The report has now been generated and be printed or exported.
