If you're having trouble logging in to MediRecords, this article covers two common scenarios you might run into: a "saving data" error during login, and a locked account after too many incorrect password attempts. Each section below explains what you'll see and what to do next.

"Saving Data" Error at Login
Some users encounter the following error message when trying to log in:
If you see this message, try the following steps in order:
- Close MediRecords on any other devices or browser tabs you have open, then clear your browser's cache.
- Try logging in again. It can take a couple of attempts to go through successfully.
- If the error continues, reset your password. See Password Administration: Quick Guide for how to do this.
- If you're still unable to log in after resetting your password, contact MediRecords Support.
Locked Accounts
If you enter the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked as a security measure. You'll see an error message on the login screen letting you know your account has been locked, so this is easy to tell apart from the "saving data" error above.
