Your MediRecords Home Page
This article will cover the features of the MediRecords Home Page.
The Home Page is the first page you'll see when logging into MediRecords, and is the first tab on the MediRecords application ribbon.
The Home Page contains a dashboard that summarises appointments, consultations, and other important activities occurring within your clinic. The home page also hosts instant chat, a notice board, and a shortcuts toolbar.
The Dashboard displays important, live, up-to-date information about activities going on within your clinic.
The widgets available vary based on subscription:
Practice Management: Appointments, Waiting Room, Overdue Activities, and Services.
Clinical: Consultations, Lab Results, and Overdue Activities.
Chat in MediRecords allows you to chat with other users registered on your subscription, even if they work at another site. In addition to this, once a provider has published their profile with the MediRecords Community, you can use instant chat with other members of the community.
The Notice Board
The Notice Board is used for posting live messages to the other staff within the clinic, saving the need for internal emails, phone calls, or messages being relayed verbally.
The Shortcuts Toolbar provides swift access to patient search and allows you to effortlessly create new patient records, appointments, clinical actions, and tasks.

+ Patient: Create a new patient record.
