The Patient Visit Report in MediRecords helps you review key patient information in one place. It shows details such as contact information, ATSI status, provider allocation, and the last appointment date. This makes it useful for checking patient demographics, monitoring attendance, and managing follow-up care.
You can filter the report by practice, provider, ATSI status, and date range to create lists that suit your needs. The report can also be exported or printed, making it easy to track patient engagement and plan care.
