The Procedure Detailed Report in MediRecords shows all procedures done for a patient, practice, or provider within a chosen date range. It helps staff review past records, track provider activity, and see which assistants were involved with their contact details.
This report is useful for administration, auditing, and compliance, and can be filtered by practice, provider, and timeframe. It can also be printed or exported to PDF or Excel.

Accessing the Procedure Detailed Report
To access the Procedure Detailed Report, navigate to More, then select Reporting, then Patients, and choose Procedure Detailed Report.
Generating the Report
To run the Patient Visit Report, you must first select the Practice you want to view. You can then choose a Provider, or leave the field empty to include all providers. A From (date range) must be entered, as this field cannot be left blank. Once the details are entered, select Run to generate the report.
Exporting and Printing the Report
After the report has been created, you can Print it or export it to PDF or Excel for further use.
