Referral Detailed Report

The Referral Detailed Report in MediRecords gives practices a comprehensive view of referrals within a chosen date range, grouped by provider. It highlights key information such as referral type, dates, and expiry, making it easier to manage patient continuity of care and keep valid referrals on file. The report is especially useful for tracking upcoming expiries or reviewing referral activity by provider, and can be printed or exported to PDF or Excel for auditing and practice management purposes.

Accessing the Referral Detailed Report

1. Go to More > Reporting > Patients.
   Reporting selected in the left sidebar, with the Patients reporting category tile highlighted"
    
2. Click Referral Detailed Report.
   
    

Running the Referral Detailed Report

Once in the Referral Detailed Report, follow the steps below:

1. Select the practice you wish to see the report on.
   
    
2. Choose a provider, or leave the field empty to include all providers.
   
    
3. Enter a date range. This field cannot be left empty.
   
    
4. Click Run to generate the report.
   
    
5. The report is generated for the selected criteria. You can then Print it or Export it to PDF or Excel.
