Patient Immunisation Report

The Patient Immunisation Report in MediRecords lets practices create a list of all immunisation records within a chosen date range. You can filter the report by practice or provider, making it useful for both clinical and administrative staff.

This report helps you review compliance, prepare for audits, and monitor provider activity. You can also print the report or export it to PDF or Excel for easy record-keeping.

Accessing the Patient Immunisation Report

To access this report, navigate to More, then select Reporting, then select Patients, and click on Patient Immunisation Report.

Running the Report

Once you are in the Patient Immunisation Report, you must first select the Practice you wish to generate the report for. You can then choose a Provider, or leave the field empty if you would like to see results for all providers. Next, you must enter a From (date range), as this field cannot be left empty. After entering the required details, click Run to generate the report.

When the report has been created, you can Print it or export it to PDF or Excel.
