Provider Earnings Report

The Provider Earnings Report is a financial report that summarises provider payments within a selected date range. It includes payments recorded through associated ERA or Payment Reports as well as any manual transactions. This gives practices a complete view of provider income.

This guide explains how to access and run the report, select the relevant practice, provider, and reporting period, and then generate the results. It also covers how to print or export the report into your preferred format for record-keeping or further analysis.

Accessing the Provider Earnings Report

1. To access the Provider Earnings Report, first click on More and then select Reporting. From the options available, select Financial.
   
    
2. Next, click on Provider Earnings Report.
   
    
3. You will be taken to the Provider Earnings Report screen. If you hover your cursor over the (i) icon, you will see a quick description of the report.

Running the Provider Earnings Report

1. To run the report for a particular practice, select the relevant Practice, Provider, and From (date range). Once your selections are made, click Run.
   
    
2. This will generate a Provider Earnings Report for the chosen practice within the selected date range.

Printing the Provider Earnings Report

1. To print the report, select Print.
   
    
2. You will then be directed to the in-browser print preview screen, where you can finalise the printing process.

Exporting the Provider Earnings Report

To export the report, select Export and choose your preferred data format. For example, you can select PDF if you wish to save the report as a PDF file.
