Follow these steps to Access the MediRecords Support Website from the User Profile Menu:
- Click the User Icon (the human icon - the last tab on the MediRecords application ribbon)
- The User Profile Menu will appear in a drop-down list below
- Navigate to the bottom of the menu
- Click Help & Support
The MediRecords Support Website will open in a new tab
